By uploading my signature, I hereby grant to Ride Control LLC (“Gabriel”) the right to use my name, city/state, photographs, images, story and/or testimonial, in whole or in part, without changes or alterations. The rights granted herein shall extend in perpetuity, unless revoked in writing to Gabriel by me, throughout the world for purposes including marketing and advertising of Gabriel, in any marketing media including without limitation Gabriel’s website and social media pages. I acknowledge that Gabriel has no obligation to return any images or photographs to me, should I choose to send any.

Gabriel will not sell or share my information with outside vendors.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, such use by Gabriel including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above Release and am fully familiar with the contents thereof. I have had the opportunity to review this with my lawyer and/or direct questions to Gabriel’s lawyer. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter contained herein.
